Jacob's Playground is a 501c3 serving as a holding place for funds raised for Andrew's Splashpad until they are ready. It was started in 2015 in the memory of Jacob Birznieks. The loss of this sweet angel had family and friends rallying together to create Jacob's Playground in Rockford, Minnesota. This non-profit foundation wants to help other families with building their own memorials.
